We loved how these invitations turned out! This is our first time ordering from Basic Invite, but I'm sure we'll be back. The only issue was in packaging. The invitations were shrink wrapped but several were bent in the delivery process due to lack of packaging inside the box. Great news is Basic Invite quickly responded and is sending replacements for the ones that were bent. We loved the product and loved the fast response from customer service.
