What Our Customers Have to Say About Our Graduation Announcements and Invitations
Sample was helpful Review by Karen
Receiving the sample was helpful in deciding if we needed any changes. Other than the high cost to print 1 copy, we were happy with the sample and ordered more.
Impressed Review by Karen
We are thrilled with all of the products we received from Basic Invite. The quality, value and options were exactly what we wanted. The gold foil looks amazing against the photo! We also purchased our wedding ceremony and reception invites, response cards and dinner menus from them. I had them priced out with a local printer and they would have cost us more than double due to the high quality paper. We had a small issue with the color bleeding onto parts of the invites. However customer service was fantastic and got it fixed within a week. We have recommended this company to other couples as we couldn’t be happier with the result!
Good value and fast service Review by Kristin
I was disappointed in the lack of instructions for putting in my own information, but it wasn’t too bad after I figured out how to use it. The final wording was a bit darker than it appeared on the website. I was in such a rush I didn’t order a sample, I highly recommend you do that. I was not able to make the spacing exactly to my satisfaction, but did not use the specialist’s help because I didn’t want to delay my order by 2 more days. I put a rush on the delivery, and received it 1 day before the estimated arrival! I was not able to email the sample to my son from the website. It sent the words, but not the design. Overall, most of the problems I encountered were due to me trying to rush the process, so if you can, take your time and start a few weeks early.
